We will gather insights on your preferences and needs from an initial questionnaire and free 30-minute consultation call, then develop a customized personal travel plan that includes a detailed daily itinerary with maps, and links to book recommended flights, accommodations, activities, restaurants, and more!

- We’ll schedule a free 30-minute consultation with you to review your responses, gather more details, answer questions, and discuss preliminary trip planning ideas.
- To proceed, we’ll send you details to make a payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
- Within 7-14 days, we’ll send you a preliminary personal travel plan to review.
- Review the personal travel plan and send back feedback.
- Within 7 days we’ll send your final personal travel plan as a pdf, complete with links to book flights, accommodation, ground transportation, activities, restaurants, and travel insurance.
- You make the bookings and prepare for your trip!
- Have an adventure to remember!
- If you have questions or need help during your trip, you can contact me for response within 48 hours.
- After you return for your trip, please share feedback with me on your personal travel plan.
How much does the personal travel planning service cost?
Price is tiered based on length of trip. Contact us for a quote on trips longer than two weeks!
We recommend you start the travel planning process at least 4 weeks from departure. Travel planning for trips less than 4 weeks out incur an additional $50 rush fee.
